BookSetu acts only as a connecting platform between users.

We do not:

• Handle payments or financial transactions
• Guarantee the condition or availability of books
• Verify every listing or user
• Mediate disputes between users
• Physically store or deliver books

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Posting genuine and appropriate listings
• Verifying details before requesting or sharing books
• Maintaining respectful communication with other users

Users must not post misleading, harmful, spam, or inappropriate content on the platform.

Listings & Content Removal

BookSetu reserves the right to remove any listing, content, or user account that violates platform guidelines or is suspected of misuse, spam, or fraudulent activity.

Liability

BookSetu is not responsible for any loss, damage, dispute, or inconvenience arising from interactions, exchanges, or arrangements made between users through the platform.

Users interact and share resources at their own discretion and responsibility.
